To use the Vitaport VP-DOS on a Macintosh computer "DOS Mounter" MUST be installed.

The required files are MultiMounter and DOS Mounter 95
1. Copy the "DOS Mounter 95" file into the "Extensions" folder within your "System" folder.
2. Copy the "MultiMounter" file into the "Control Panels" folder within your "System" folder.
3. Reboot your MAC-system.

During reboot a DOSMounter95 icon will pop-up at the bottom of your screen. Now your system is ready to accept VP-DOS files.

Reading VP-DOS recordings from a card-reader is then done as follows:
1. Insert the PCMCIA card with your recorded VP-DOS file into the card reader.
2. Wait for the icon "VPDATA" to appear on your desktop.
NOTE: If you open the "VPDATA" folder, you will only see the "VPDATA.RAW" file. This is your recording. "VPDATA.RAW" may be a one or multiple recording file.

Handling multiple recordings from this file is done by Vitagraph.
3. Open "Vitagraph VP_Card" and select your file to read. If a multiple recording is selected, the recorded files will be displayed.
4. Close "VP_Card" upon completion of your tasks.
